DTAP+ is designed to support California dairy farmers facing unprecedented and unpredictable challenges. The program helps farmers statewide to identify, understand, and apply for financial assistance options as they become available, ensuring they have the resources needed to navigate these events.
DTAP+ offers assistance with the following programs, all under USDA:
- Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP)
- Livestock Indemnity Program (LIP)
- Conservation Reserve Program (CRP)
- Emergency Conservation Reserve Program (ECP)
- Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP)
- Emergency Watershed Program (EWP)
- Livestock Forage Disaster Program (LFP)
